This app @kisan is useful for finding the current and historical crops rate in your area. The application attempts to remove the role of dishonest Middle Man (Agents) from a common Agriculture mandi.

This app is my attempt to contribute to rural areas where agents take advantages of farmers who have no idea of current rate of crops.

 

How to use this Service

Send,

@kisan - To get help, use without instructions.

@kisan <crop>    - To know rate of that crop for today.
e.g. @kisan wheat

@kisan <crop> <date in dd/mm/yyyy format>- To know rate of that crop on particular date (dd-mm-yyyy) format
e.g. @kisan wheat 05/04/2012   (5th of april , 2012)

Mandi rates are displayed in following format:
