The main aim of txtWeb’s Campus Ambassador Program, which started in the last quarter of 2011, was to take txtWeb to colleges across India, thereby roping in the youth of the country, the end user.
Two ambassadors, Sameer Mallik from Delhi and Rishabha Garg from Gwalior, were identified. And over the past six months of this initiativethe following inroads have been made:
o Collegesof Delhi University, North Campus including Kirori Mal, Sri Ram College of Commerce and Hansraj
o Shri Ram College of Engineering & Management, Gwalior.
o Seminar at a coaching centre in Gwalior.
The feedbacks from these meetings/seminars have been extremely encouraging with many students admitting that:
o “My phone is a smartphone now”.
o And others saying that they follow cricket matches with txtweb only!
What came out most emphatically from this foray is that students have been amazed with the idea of searching the Internet without a GPRS enabled cell-phone!!!
Emboldened by these numbers and the positive feedback, txtWeb now wants to spread its wings further and bring in more ambassadors covering different parts of this country. It believes that this opportunity will help the students in their overall personality development and:
Calling, therefore, all college going boys and girls in India to come forward and volunteer to become a Campus Ambassador for txtWeb. If interested, please email us a few relevant details like your name, your college’s name, town and address and phone number to admin@txtWeb.com
Please spread the word amongst your friends and help us build a chain of young go-getters, who are willing to take up the challenge of introducing a new product amongst users, thereby proving their own mettle.
