2000s: Bangalore notoriously called ‘Pub city’ with the proliferation of pubs all over the city.

The transition over just two decades from a pensioners’ paradise to youngsters’ hub has been quite a dichotomy, and Bangalore as it stands today, is an urban sprawl.
